On Friday evening (September 16, 2022), White Horse Inn in Kabale was lit up as Kabale High Court circuit staff and stakeholders held a do to see off Hon. Justice Moses Kazibwe Kawumi and also welcome Hon. Justice Samuel Emokor.

Hon. Justice Kawumi was transferred to Mubende High Court.

HW Samuel Twakire, the Kabale High Court Acting Deputy Registrar led the team of Judicial Officers from Kigezi.

While the Kabale Resident District Commissioner, Mr Godfrey Nyakahuma, who was in attendance, led the team of justice stakeholders in Kigezi sub-region.
